Throughout the world people's words are being censored, including the activists who speak out against censorship. Amnesty partnered with the popular lip-syncing app Dubsmash and asked the world to lend their voices and join the fight against censorship. We uploaded famous quotes from the likes of Malala, Ai Weiwei, Edward Snowden and Pussy Riot to Dubsmash and then asked people using the platform to dub and share these important messages instead of the pop songs they are used to miming along to.
