Gage Roads ‘Huey’

Gage Roads, Australia’s number one independent craft brewery have launched ‘Huey’, an all natural mid-strength (3.8%) coastal lager with packaging channels classic coastal vibes.

For the first time, we see Gage Roads brand mascot ‘Huey’ (the illustrated seagull) take centre stage on their packaging. Paired with soft retro typography that was inspired by the hand painted signage found around Fremantle Port (Gage Roads home), the design evokes a nostalgic and timeless look. The 6 pack wrap is understated and reiterates the bottles label, replacing the cut outs with a subtle metallic gold printed finish. The clear flint bottle neck features an emboss of the brands logo on the front and an emboss of the brand seagull on the back. The cut out label allows the liquid to glow just like an epic Western Australian sunset, reinforcing the brewery’s commitment to all natural beers.

What better way to enjoy the sun, salt and sand than with an ice cold Huey in hand.
