Matso’s ‘Pash-Pine-Pizza’

Despite it’s popularity the humble Hawaiian pizza has divided our nation since it’s inception in1962. For International Pizza Day (Monday February 9th), Matso’s are launching the ‘Pash-Pine-Pizza’. Inspired by Matso’s delicious new Vodka Pash Pine Crush drink and of course the divisive Hawaiian (Italians please close your eyes) — this wood-fired pizza will be topped with leg ham, pineapple, passion fruit and mozzarella, all sitting on a sourdough base with rich tomato sauce (which has a touch of vodka added for good measure).

Guests will be invited to sample the new pizza at our Sunshine Coast Brewery — we’ll be serving up free slices of the pizza at with a purchase of Matso’s Vodka Pash Pine Crush. The pizza will also be available on the Me&U app for dine-in and take-out.

For anyone who can’t make it down to the venue, Matso’s invites you to try this at home (or your professional kitchen). Anyone who shares their creation on socials (along with their honest opinion) will be rewarded with some delicious goodies! (just don’t forget to tag @matsosbeer)
